Day Calculator provides free date and time utilities that run in your browser. There is no account and no paid upgrade. Using a tool costs $0. Advertisements on some pages help fund that access; they do not create a charge for the tools themselves.

Free tools

The calculators are free to use. Each result comes from the dates, times and options you enter and the method shown on the page. You may use the tools for personal, classroom or everyday planning.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that a result is complete, error-free or suitable for a particular decision. Calendar conventions, time zones, holidays and the assumptions on a page can change what an answer means. Check the visible notes before you rely on it.

Not professional advice

Date, work-hour, payroll-style and deadline tools are planning estimates. They are not legal, employment, tax or professional advice. Consequential decisions belong with the relevant agreement, policy or qualified professional.

Advertising

We use Google AdSense to show advertisements labelled Advertisement. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads, subject to the consent choices shown where required. Ads sit outside the calculation itself and should not change the numbers on the page.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and whether a calculator was used. Measurement events do not include the dates you type or the answers shown. See the privacy policy for consent details.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Day Calculator and its operators are not liable for loss or damage arising from use of the site or reliance on a calculated result. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
